Early Years

Lof Loric was born during the First War in Tenemen City as it was being founded. He joined the Order of Traveling Scribes while just a teenager and set out to collect stories and evidence of battles, people, and history directly after the First War concluded. He quickly heard stories of the character known as the Rook, and tracked Denali down in northern Rhey. He then assisted in forming Dia Tercera Vineyard along with Treyna. He stayed there for many years, through Treyna’s death, and took in many Sanguin who were left destitute following the war. He was the one who buried Treyna and planted 3 weeping willow trees over her grave.

Middle years

Following Treyna’s death and Denali‘s return, he returned to Tenemen City and attempted to install another Geniocracy, as was done in the Carolinian Empire. Lof’s idea, however, included setting up Sanguin houses as part of the government, something which got him expelled from Tenemen and thrown out of the Order of Traveling Scribes. He returned to Dia Tercera and then went north, helping in the founding of the fledgling Loman Union. He wrote himself into the Loman Union’s constitution as a governing force, and enforced that a seat be left on the ruling bodies council should he ever return. He continued to advise many generations of the Oligarchy he had established, and in truth now controls the entirety of the Loman Union behind the scenes.

He now oversees missions into the Slottish Desert to discover information on House Azazel. In addition to the missions, he has been preparing the Loman Union for the coming war.

Other Information

Lof has developed a way to recall memories in a different way than the rest of his house. Due to this, he has not gone insane like others of his age.

Lof had a romantic relationship in his youth with Sister Sari Sonriel, another of the Order of Traveling Scribes. She would not go with him to find the Rook, so they broke off their relationship. He maintains contact with her however, and she is loyal to him and the cause of Dia Tercera.
