Dia Tercera was founded by Denali Yentrich, Lof Loric, and Treyna directly after the First War Conflicts.
History
Dia Tercera was founded to be a sanctuary for Sanguin who were in need of help. One of the first things the members of Dia Tercera did was create a border of totems that prevented any who would try to enter without the need of assistance. This unfortunately means that anyone who is told to come to the vineyard or seeks the vineyard must undergo extreme hardship to permit access. These totems were created by a family of Shudalew that used many Sanguin abilities for this effect.

“It was made to give rest to the weary.”
Denali
Once the Azazel threat was discovered the vineyard changed functions as a sanctuary to a home base. Multiple operations are currently being ran out of the vineyard, including: Lof Loric’s office where he oversees the Loman Union, expeditions into Slottsum to gain intelligence on the Azazel, and communication with Scrimnean political parties under false names.
The vineyard makes more money each year selling wine than the entire economy of Gruleigh or Drance.
Notable Features and Surroundings:
Dia Tercera was built from many people from many countries and kingdoms, and from many time periods. It is thus a mismatched collection of buildings with architecture from Gruleigh, Chalsh, Rhey, Scrimnea, and Slottsum
The central gathering place is known as the ‘offices’, where a long hall of northern design is connected at the back to two homes made of stone. There is a small olive tree garden, and there are many trios of cedar trees populating both inside the vineyard and outside.
The vineyard is known for its Norton, Catawba, and Buffalo wines. The vineyard produces approximately 3,000 cases of wine per year. It is manned by the Sanguin currently living at the vineyard, which both serves to put them to work to ease their minds, and for labor. The vineyard (through Shudalew abilities) passively cures wounds and sicknesses, and is able to give a human extended life.
The vineyard is located in north eastern Rhey in the hills known as the Dolmians. Its location is kept secret, but is known by the Rheysian government.
